Roles and Responsibilities
• Understanding Manpower requisition from the concerned department. • Sourcing candidate that match the desired skills. • Screening candidates by conducting interviews. • Arranging for technical interview & coordinating with the concerned person • Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates. • Providing Offer & appointment Letter to newly joined employees. • Conduct Induction training • Maintaining Employees Records • Keeping a track of the attendance with overtime of the employees. • Filing the leave forms & keeping a track of the leaves taken. • Monthly Leave detail • If the company do not have HR manual, drafting the same for the company. • Making or Amending the existing policies & Procedures • Prepare Annual Training Calendar based on the departmental requirement. • Schedule Training Programs for employees • Maintain Training Records of all employees for Audit purpose. • Annual Audit(External/Internal). • Handling the staff so that people are not dissatisfied with each other • Handling Cross Culture things • Other Employee related Issue • Leaves-as per the act that is applicable to you. • Follow Minimum wages policy. • PF, ESIC, LWF return filing. • Minimum wages Act. • Sexual harassment Act. • Industrial Dispute Act. • Payment of Bonus Act • Maintaining compliance Registers as per Factory Act. • LTA, Mediclaim & Accidental Policy for employees. • Conducting Exit Interview. • Issue relieving letter & letter of Experience. • Full & Final Settlement of employees. • Designing the Salary Structure of employees. • Monthly Payroll Reports Knowledge, Compliance Reports, Recruitment Reports, Turnover rate & other reports as per requirement. • Helping employees save tax by advising them on tax benefits plans & other investment options. • Handling Contract workers. • Prepare annual report of employee compensation for Income tax return of employees. • Collect & advice regarding Investment declaration form to employees. • Calculating Gratuity & handling PF accounts. • Preparing Annual Bonus detail. • Process Staff Reimbursement Claim. • Ensure the claims are properly authorized. • Handling Legal activities like Factory License work, PF ESIC Registration, resolving other legal compliances. • Yearly Performance review of employees through various performance measurement indicator. • *Ensuring resolution of employees grievances. • Undertaking employee engagement activities. • Celebrations Birthday, Diwali, New Year & other company events.
