At Max Life Insurance, we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff. Were seeking recruiter in our Talent Acquisition Team to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you'll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments
Objectives
- Responsible for end to end hiring across all Senior positions in functions, including but not limited to Sales, Actuarial, Marketing, Business Strategy, Finance, Internal Assurance, Legal, Procurement, Facilities, Operations, Quality & IT
- Partner with HR Business Partners on Staffing processes related to Corporate Functions hiring across bands
- Ensure the recruitment process is being efficiently and effectively managed, both from a cost as well as a qualitative perspective
- Excellent Inter-personal skills for effective stake-holder management & building credibility
- Responsible to manage & attain targeted Source Mix, increase output of low costing hiring sources
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment cycle is must
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
