We are seeking an experienced HR Executive adept at people management, and possessing 1-3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to empathize, excel in administrative roles, provide robust support systems, handle day-to-day operations, lead recruitment efforts, manage employee morale, ensure welfare, drive motivation, and conduct training sessions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Provide empathetic support to employees, addressing grievances, concerns, and other issues effectively.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including personnel administration, documentation, and compliance.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, morale, and well-being.
Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems.
Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track record (1-3 years) in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Strong people management skills with the ability to empathize and build positive relationships.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Sound knowledge of HR best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing employee morale, welfare, and motivation.
