Roles and Responsibilities
Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.
Email follow-up from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement.
Generating PF challan, Filing PF Withdraw, Advance, Transfer forms Online.
Prepare MIS We Are Hiring For Payroll Executive.
She should be good in analytical skills.
Maintaining Time office, Attendance and Leave Records of Employees.
To maintain statutory records & MIS as per the management requirement.
Maintain payroll system up-to-date and accurate.
Desired Candidate Profile
good at Recruitment
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment.
Excellent organization and mathematical skills & familiar with Windows-based computer programs a must.
