Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment process and training procedures for new employees
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates against job descriptions
Preparing Job descriptions with the help of hiring manager
Responsible for pre-screening, competency-based selection, interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments
Talent Mapping and Headhunting on Niche requirements on regular basis
Maintain various statutory registers and records as required by Law, Attendance Management, Leaves Management, Employee Engagement, Training and other duties
Taking care of employees activities and time to time training
Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training
Organized training schedules for new and existing employees and kept training records up to date
Conducts background checks and employment eligibility verifications
Follow up with the candidates till joining and post joining
Preparing and uploading employee related documents on Portal
Proficient in MIS, data management, filing & documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1-3 years experience into recruitment (must be familiar with hiring portal), statutory compliance and Training
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate from reputed College
Written and verbal communication skills in English, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts
Strong knowledge of program, process, and change management techniques; structured approaches to problem solving, decision making, and business strategy
Ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality when handling sensitive and non-routine information
Should be a self-starter - Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Detail-oriented and extremely organized with an ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks
Flexibility in regards to work schedule and travel
Willingness to travel for recruitment drives
