HR Policy Management and Employee Communication.
End to end payroll management for contractual employees. Payroll Calculation /Statutory Deduction/ Contract Management/ Attendance Management etc.
Vendor Coordination and Vendor performance review input preparation.
Exit management. Follow-up with stakeholder/ exit input processing / reconciliations/ calculation/provisions / recoveries/letter etc.
Understanding about the CLRA and implementation through Vendor.
HR Compliance Management. Continues HR Compliance review/ update HR risk from stake holders/ Timely Meeting Arrangement for Dashboard.
Coordination for HR Audits. Internal and External Audits.
