Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing entire spectrum of the recruitment process from short-listing CVs, screening candidates for interviews for the R&D Centre
- On & Off Campus recruitment
- Conducting HR rounds & salary negotiations
- Preparing offer letter & appointment letter
- Manage new hire on boarding and develop general strategies to attract and retain employees
- Responsible for coordination and management of all departmental functions such as managing pre & post joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, leave and attendance, performance management, exit management, corresponding internal controls
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have experience in closing R&D related positions like embedded engineers, hardware engineers, design engineers etc.
