Job description
Handling complete life cycle of recruitment
Coordinating with the management for designing of the recruitment plan
Maintaining a proper documentation of all the eligible candidates received through referral or any other source
Maintaining and developing pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future positions
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process till the on boarding
Pre-qualifying candidates using introductory phone screen methods to determine their qualification
Managing external partnership with the job boards and the vendors
Preparing weekly and monthly reports on end to end recruitment
Coordinating with the departments heads for training and development, talent requirements in their respective departments
Required Candidate profile
Must have experience in technical/R&D hiring
