Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team, primarily responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process while also overseeing the Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and selecting top talent to meet our organization's needs. Additionally, they will ensure the smooth operation of our HRMS tool, enhancing HR processes and data management.
Role & responsibilities
1. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
2. Assist to develop and maintain job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment materials.
3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
4. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
5. Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and facilitate the interview process.
6. Check references, conduct background checks, and make employment offers.
7. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.
8. Oversee the HRMS tool, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
9. Train employees on HRMS system usage when the need arises.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve HRMS-related issues, providing technical support as needed.
11. Collaborate with IT and software vendors to implement system updates and improvements.
12. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
13. Maintain employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance data.
14. Assist in the development and documentation of HR policies and procedures.
15. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
16. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries.
17. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
18. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in a corporate environment.
3. Proficiency in using HRMS tools and software.
4. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
7. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
