Job description
Proven experience as a HR Generalist
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Experience in hiring through job portals.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
Aptitude in problem solving
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, HRIS Systems
Excellent communication and people skills
Excellent MS office skills
Experience in working on softwares and portals related to HR
Working on daily attendance and making salaries for entire office
Any other work related to manpower planning
Preferred candidate profile
