Major expertise and skillset in Interview Scheduling, Salary Negotiation, Operations, Onboarding, Documentation, Follow Up.
60% Recruitment (Talent Acquiring) & 40% would be in HR Generalist role
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates from EPC Industry who have catered positions in Construction field will preferred.
Experience into Metro & Railways Projects will be added advantage.
