Job description Job Position: HR Executive Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Human Resource function in a fast-growing startup environment Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Workdays and timings: 6 days a week, 9:30 am - 7:00 pm This is a full-time work-from-office profile. ONLY those candidates apply who can travel to the work location on a daily basis. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the HR department Meet Recruitment metrics through effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques Induct and onboard all new recruits and ensure seamless assimilation in their work environment Maintain HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual evaluations) Handle exit process and the full and final settlement of the employees Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management Qualification & Experience Proven experience in human resources for the past 1-3 years in a fast-growing startup environment Must have a masters degree or equivalent in Human Resources Experience in advanced Excel/Google Sheets Have excellent communication and problem solving skills Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage operations.
