Generating leads: Generating leads through doctors and different societies and following up with the sales team to convert them into actual clients.
Market research: Researching and analyzing market trends, customer needs and competitor activities in other elder care homes to identify potential new business opportunities and differentiators.
Identifying new business opportunities: Identifying new market segments, products, services, or geographies that could provide growth opportunities for the company.
Negotiating deals: Negotiating contracts and deals with partners, doctors, suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes for the company.
Staying up to date with industry trends: Keeping abreast of elder care industry trends, regulations, and new technologies that could impact the company's business development efforts.
