Consultancies background are preferred for this role.
It is 80% recruitment and 20 % Operations role.
Assisting talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Preparing job descriptions and posting job ads and assisting the hiring process Maintaining employee records (attendance etc.).
Communicate with candidates/ stakeholders promptly to keep them informed on progress.
Hands-on experience with HRIS Payroll software, etc.
Hands on Naukri, Monstor etc and Social Networking sites.
Required Skills:
Must have at least 2 yrs experience in recruitment (IT and Non- IT)
Academic hirings background is preferable.
Should be presentable and having good communication and Written skills.
Can relocate to Gurgaon.
