Job description Role & responsibilities Updating company databases by initiating new employee onboarding, updating existing employee information, initiating employee separations etc. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms and removing once vacancies have been filled. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. Conducting & Coordinating interviews, debriefs etc. Assisting in the designing of HR Strategies, events etc. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates. Coordinating new hire orientations. Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. Own key employee metrics for respective BUs and act as the owner for all employee data for the respective BU by ensuring timely update, availability & accuracy of employee data in various HR systems. Stay well connected with the respective employee cohort and act as the face of the organization to the employees wherever they have day-day queries, grievances and resolve them within the stipulated TAT by working together with respective leadership & central teams. Overlaying org design and org structures, reporting relationships for the BU along with respective manager. Work closely with the central HR Operations team to ensure recurring processes viz., payroll inputs, joining and exit inputs, compensation / status change inputs are provided on time with 100% accuracy Preferred candidate profile Degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field Proven experience working in an office environment. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous The ability to work as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Effective communication skills.
