About the role:
As Dairy Craft continues to expand in the B2B and B2C space, it is looking for a dedicated officer to handle all levels of recruitment. The job would primarily include filling in vacancies as we continue with our expansion plans.
Responsibilities:
Preparing job descriptions and sourcing best talent for the new vacancies in the available budget
Designing a proposed compensation package for new employees
Responsible for acting as a bridge between employees and management and ensuring high morale along with high staff performance
Assisting in Round 1 interviews
Aligning the candidates for next rounds and doing further coordination till joining
Responsible for documentation, induction, training of new joiners and explaining company policies
To perform and be responsible for administrative, compliance-oriented and strategic duties
Assisting the HR officer with day-to-day work of HR activities, internal-external coordination and other miscellaneous work
Desired Candidate Profile:
Analytical skills
Prior Experience of over 2 years in recruitment, preferably in the FMCG space
Confidentiality is mandatory in this role
Must be consciously aware of all HR related laws
Good communication skills (English) - both written and oral
