Roles and Responsibilities
Handling full employee life cycle.
Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
Handling Onboarding, Induction & Orientation.
Must be good with MS Office.
It will be 80% TA and 20% Ops.
Desired Candidate Profile
Post graduate in HR will be preferred;
Minimum of 1-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience required;
Excellent communication skills.
Bulk Hiring experience is a must.
