Job Profile - HR Operations / Documentation
Position title: Sr. Representative, People Solution
Job role: Generates employee ID of new hires after validation of required documents & approvals, take care of PAN updation & validation activities before uploading in HRMS tools.
Various recons like comp, supervisor, personal details etc. prepares various other reports related to employee ID generation. Also, a team player, support peers with their queries & concerns related to employee ID generation. Always ready to support in odd hours.
Responsibilities:
Required in Employee ID Generation Team (India PSC Back office).
Team is validating & updating PAN details, taking care of Fixed term hires & Interns records & reminders, multiple payroll reconciliations, Inter Entity Movements, Workday Photo upload etc.
Key Skills & expertise:
Handled KYC or documentation work for any industry.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible to work from office and home.
Prefer MBAs / Graduates who are willing to work in HR domain.
