Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, developing HR policies, sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company, providing guidance on human resources-related issues to employees and management. The Human Resources Executive will also work to ensure compliance with company policies, provide training and development opportunities to employees, and assist in the hiring process.
Qualifications
Strong HR management and operations background
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in recruiting, preferably in the IT industry or start-up environment
Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
