Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume
screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
• Resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Promote a positive work environment and foster employee morale.
3. Performance Management:
• Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting,
performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management best
practices.
4. HR Administration:
• Oversee HR administrative functions including payroll, benefits administration, and
HRIS management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
5. Culture and Engagement:
• Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement and foster a positive company
culture.
• Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and other events
to enhance morale
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management,
and training and development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple
priorities simultaneously.

Every day, DMRC records 7 million passages, presenting a chance to engage this captive audience through the establishment of an e-commerce marketplace. Approximately 12 million orders are
processed daily between Amazon and Flipkart, with 60% originating from marketplaces. Out of
which Delhi/NCR contributes about 30% of these merchants, with 22% of them fulfilling orders
within the region itself. Merchants typically pay a minimum 30% commission to these marketplaces, along with a fulfillment charge of around Rs. 50 per order. There's an opportunity to target both these merchants and customers, creating an ecosystem that benefits everyone involved.
We are deploying Smart Lockers and Virtual walls on the entire DMRC Network, which provide a
secure storage solution for personal belongings and e-commerce deliveries. This service adds
convenience and peace of mind for users while creating an additional revenue stream.
