Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Conversant with all the HR processes from hire to retire
Attendance Management
Hands on experience in handling recruitment (shortlisting and screening), joining, time office, payroll, PMS and exit formalities etc.
Basic understanding of statutory compliance/ various regulations etc.
Assist in the development and execution of various HR policies and procedures.
Actively participate in developing department goals, objectives, processes and systems.
Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
Responsible for maintaining and/or managing various HR information (MIS) and dashboards.
Assist managers with performance management of their employees through the performance appraisal system (KRAs with KPIs/Evaluations/Feedback/Timelines etc.), performance improvement programs, and training and development plans and revise as necessary in consultation with the supervisor.
Organize staff meetings, other meetings, and seminars as suggested and/or assigned.
Planning, implementing and organizing various employee engagement activities in conjunction with the supervisor.
Participate in all HR projects and initiatives, as assigned or as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have 3-6 years of hands on experience in handling HR Generalist/HR Operations role
Must have worked in service industry
Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
Excellent presentation and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of IT skills: MS Excel and MS Access (optional)
