Must have hands-on experience in Technology Hiring. (Backend/Front End/DevOps/Tester/Python/Product).
Hands-on experience working at different Job Portal (Naukri, LinkedIn & Others)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Exposure in handling or leading the recruiter team.
Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making are strongly preferred.
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
End to End coordination related to HR Operations related activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
For Fresher(MBA is a must) for doing Internship
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Interpersonal.
Proficiency in MS Office & ATS.
