Roles and Responsibilities
Handling virtual HelpDesk
Payroll processing
Labour law compliances,
Devising HR Systems and processes
Client site visit and data management
MIS and reporting
Helping in HR Advisory services to clients,
Managing HR Outsourcing services for clients
Working as per KRA's assigned on quarterly basis
Desired Candidate Profile
Any graduate can apply for this job
MBA in HR will be most preferred
Must have Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
Should have good communication skills
Should be comfortable in travelling for customer visits
Must have 2 years of relevant Experience in HR.
Gurgaon residents would be preferred.
