Recruitment - IT Roles
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (Naukri, Linkedin)
Work with consultants for niche roles
Crafting recruiting emails , Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Scheduling interviews, writing emails
Background Verification
Onboarding Employees
Planning Onboarding & Induction Schedule
Joining file
HR Operations
Record Keeping,
HR Reports, HR documents filing, Joining file
Vendor Management - Invoice Processing
Payroll management of few employees
Data collation
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Communication skills
Writing Emails and talking to candidates
Good MS Office - MS Excel/ MS Word/ PPT skills
Recruitment experience is must
Record keeping exp.
