Handling of Recruitment Tasks of Junior / Middle Level Resources related to IT / ITeS Services such as, sourcing of candidates, screening legible resumes, establishing communication with prospective candidates, follow-ups, scheduling tests / interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews, exploration of new placement agencies and liaison whenever and wherever required. In this process you shall be identifying the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals, posting job descriptions on job boards and tracking posting status and head hunting through various channels.
Qualitative Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline + M.B.A (Human Resource as Major).
The experience candidate must have worked and have strong control over HR Generalist Tasks, Good Comm. Skills (Written & Verbal), Smart enough to handle grievances, Excellent control over PC and handling of various MS Office and similar related applications, Good exposure on handling of Webmail Services and correspondence, Good in Team Building activities.
