• Prior Experience: Should have 1-4 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment.
• Good spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively• Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
• Effective development of recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates by using various networking tools.
• Conducts candidate sourcing and application screening, designs and implements recruitment strategy, interviews, negotiates offers with candidates, and assists with facilitation of the onboarding of new employees.
• Demonstrated credibility with business leaders; strong consulting skills, a positive attitude, and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with social media, Resume databases, Job Portals and professional networks.
• Should be flexible to take over any other work assigned but not limited to the above.
