Job description
1. Target driven and capability of hiring huge numbers.
2. Excellent understanding and knowledge of end to end recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and offer.
3. Good understanding of availability of talent pool for the required skills.
4. LinkedIn and Networking through various forums.
5. Understanding the client's requirement and matching the profile of the candidates as per the client's requirement.
6. Follow-up with the candidates. Ensuring that the candidates is joining on time by keeping them engage.
7. Negotiation with the candidates with their salary and joining date.
8. Interacting with the clients on a regular basis for new requirements.
9. Taking the feedback from the client and maintain the qualitative process.
Monday To Saturday : 10 AM to 7 PM
Alternate Saturday ; OFF
