Full job description
Recruitment and Onboarding
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and completion of required paperwork.
Employee Relations
Resolving employee relations issues in compliance with company policies and applicable employment labor laws.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
Performance Management
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
Administer and monitor HRIS system.
