Role: HR Generalist- General Shift
Experience: MBA Freshers
Qualification: Postgraduate with excellent communication skills
Location: Borivali (Hardly 5 min walking distance from Borivali Station), Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Employee Engagement activities.
Coordination with sites for HR review Meet.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Organize annual employee performance reviews.
Preparation and updation of dashboard.
Analysis of MIS reports.
