JOB DETAILS
Forecast, plan, identify and manage the entire recruitment and selection process.
Create Job descriptions.
Identify and set KRA's and KPI's and create performance appraisal forms.
Create and implement induction processes.
Conduct employee engagement activities
Identify training needs and accordingly organize training programs.
Screen candidates for positions and conduct interviews.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues..
Ensure operational compliance with legal, regulatory and organizational policies.
Identify areas of process improvement to drive efficiency and implement changes and enhancements to processes, through recognition and recommendation of changes in policies and/or procedures, driving process centralization.
Report to the management and provide decision making support through HR metrics wherever needed.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Budgeting; for training purposes as well as engagement activities.
Lead and drive the implementation of performance management system
Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
Manages employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use.
Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects
