Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinating with hiring managers for the closure of the position.
Our company is actively looking for hiring a Human Resource (HR) Executive with relevant corporate work experience preferably from cosmetics/Retail/E commerce/Lifestyle company.
Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.
Recruitment - Telephonic and F2F Interview Induction of New Employees and Joining Formality Entire Admin Handling Insurance Employee Motivation Employee
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions
Source and screen resumes for open positions in Bulk hiring primarily
The candidate must have relevant work experience of HR domain.
Willingness and ability to undertake training needed in order to fulfil the changing requirements of the job.
The ability to prioritise and organise own workload with subordinates in an effective and accurate manner, while working within broad guidelines.

preferred,1-2 years management experience in HR, Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS.
