HR would be mainly responsible for recruitment, joining formalities, offer letter roll out, induction, coordination with the consultants, grievance management, attendance management, etc. including managing payroll, hiring staff, and maintaining employee records including contracts and work permits. ... Ultimately, will ensure that employees are engaged, well-trained and productive so that they provide excellent customer service.
Candidates should be sensitive to staff needs and be willing to be trained in processes and systems, particularly in monitoring productivity-linked KPIs across senior and supervisory levels.
Candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing supervisory level admin of HR in retail.
