Roles and Responsibilities
* Project Recruitment - Planning For the Month & Finalization for both White Collar & Blue Collar
* Manpower Planning for the month - Both White & Blue Collar
* Meet Manpower Requirements - Daily Basis
* Meet Targets Vs. Actual - ( Manpower )
* Control Unplanned & Total Absenteeism - Both White & Blue Collar
* Complete Joining Formalities ( WC ) & sending the document to RO Mumbai
* Newly Joined Employee Induction & Orientation Program For both WC & BC - On going
* Attendance Management System - Both White Collar & Blue Collar
* Leave Management System HRMS
* Performance Management System ( Individual KPI - White Collar )
* Grievance Handling - Blue Collar and maintaining records ( soft copy ) with details for future reference
* Payroll & Salary Administration - Blue Collar
* Meet Org. & Customer Requirement and maintain all Records
* Behavior, Etiquettes & Disciplinary Actions and maintain all records
* Statutory Compliance Records at site as per Labor Act for both IPISPL & Sub Contractor
* IR & Compliance Audits ( Monthly )
* Records & Submission of Statutory Returns Monthly / Half yearly & Yearly basis
* Renewal of Labor License on time & Liaison with local Labor office
* Plan, Update, Keep Training Records for both Internal & External
* Update, Circulate & Maintain Daily & Monthly HR-MIS to concern person
* Kaizen Participation & Review
* SLA Review ( HR & Admin Part )
* System & Process Development
* Conduct, Participate & Process System Audits (Internal & External)
* Blue Collar Management
* Safety Board updation
* Safety Training
* Safety Visit on Regular basis on both WH Area & Line side and send mail to VECV Safety Team for any concern.
* Safety Audits & Record
* Safety Cross updation
* Safety Visualization - Warehouse Area
* Safety Observation - Weekly
* SEWO, UA - UC submission to VECV- Monthly
* PPE Adherence for both WC & BC
* No Accident
* No Near Miss
Desired Candidate Profile
Position : HR Executive
Req.Qualification : Graduation & MBA in HR
Experience : 1to 6 & More
Prefer industry : 3PL ,Warehousing,CNF,any manufacturing
Location : Halol ( GIDC )
