Job brief
We are looking for an HR Executive/Senior Executive to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between Management/Heads and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.
An ideal candidate for the human resources position holds an academic HR background. Familiarity with our industry is also an added advantage. For this role, you should be able to work autonomously and lead or assist in more complex HR duties, like listed below. You will also be able to assist organization in the life cycle recruitment (e.g. on boarding process for new hires and candidate sourcing.) You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department is organized and operates to attract, hire and maintain our employees through entire aspects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements and finalizing candidates for interviews.
Manpower planning in consultation with the functional heads
Salary structure, salary slips preparation and understanding.
Perform reference checks on potential employees.
Entry and exit interview setup, evaluation & induction with certain training programs. The complete process of new joining employees and exiting employees.
Mapping and documenting of all process related to the recruitment functions.
Design and implementation of souring strategy.
Attendance & late comings watch and necessary actions and warnings.
2. Ensuring compliance of SOPs and company policies.
Ideas and design of various policies and implementation process.
Maintenance and making of organization workflow and documentation.
Should be able to design the organization structure keeping in view the future expansion plans.
3. Ensuring optimum utilization of human resources i.e. manpower planning and deployment.
4. Should be able to introduce new HR initiatives for employee retention programs, motivational schemes or events, rewards & recognition policy etc.
5. Preferably an exposure in an ERP or online HR processes.
6. We also expect her to maintain a functional organization structure for various departments and ensure continuous up-gradation of employees.
7. Company employee and community communication.
8. Day in day out office administration.
9. Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;
10. Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, sports teams and community events support, company philanthropic giving, and benefits administration.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven working experience as HR Executive/Senior Executive.
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems, Databases & salary structures.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field.
Knowledge of organizational laws.

Aggressive in work
Timings - 12:30 pm to 10:00pm or adjustable day + eve (we follow US shift)
Compensations - As per company standards/negotiable
