Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for timely and end to end recruitment.
Handling Naukri and other job portal accounts, and selecting suitable candidates from job portals and social media.
Manage the recruiting and selection process for the organization with a view to provide the best talent to departments across the region, efficiently and on time.
Sourcing of relevant profiles from various sources.
Interview coordination.
Issuing offer letter to candidates.
Joining, Induction process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior work experience in a real estate company would be preferred.
Prior experience of hiring candidates for real estate Company.
Female candidates preferred.
