JOB DETAILS
1. On boarding Formalities & Orientation
2. Inputs, employee data maintenance
3. Ensures accurate payment to employees.
4. Audit Reconciliation for all Billing & Payout details.
5. Processing other reimbursement like L.T.A, traveling reimbursement, working on incentive calculations, bonus calculations, etc.
6. Collecting Investment Declaration/review on time from Staffers/Employees. Verifying the actual Investment proof.
7. Maintaining files of all hard copies of input and reimbursements, IT declaration and actual investment proofs. At the end of the year, ensure all documents are binded properly and delivered to customer.
8. Manage statutory compliance for all client companies and co-ordinate the same with internal departments.
9. Ensuring relevant payroll information is provided to other internal departments (eg. PF, PT, TDS etc).
10. Strictly adhere to all deadlines committed to clients.
11. Be responsible to query resolution and ensure all queries are resolved. This includes queries through mail and issue base.
12. Preparation of full and final settlements and ensure the same is checked

PSS was India’s first Executive Search Firm in India, with roots dating back to 1981. LSS was built with the goal of providing clients with bespoke, tailored staffing solutions in a relatively nascent staffing market. Over the next 10 years, LSS grew into one of the leading Pan India staffing organizations, built on a foundation of trust and credibility with all our clients.
The Present
LSS stands amongst the top 10 contract staffing companies in the country today, with 15 offices across Pan India. We work with some of India’s leading corporate houses and MNCs in helping them build a modern workforce.
We have built and developed our own proprietary technology solutions to improve the way our clients and employees operate. Right from onboarding of new employees, to GPS based mobile attendance tracking, we enable our clients to automate and streamline the way their manage their operations.
