Driving and implementing employee engagement events and initiatives.
Design and implement internal campaigns and events employee caring/wellness/festivals to boost engagement and bring our core values to life.
Devise non-traditional ways to develop communication strategies for greater
Work under the given budgets and conduct various activities for engaging employees
Joining formalities ,Attendance Management, Leave Management
Coordination with Payroll team sending daily reports
Handling grievance ,Exit Management
Preparation of Weekly and Monthly reports
Required Candidate
Preferable immediate joiner female Candidate must be known Ms Excel and Power points
Must be good communicator in English and Kannada
