Performing various HR functions like Employee Payroll Management, Legal Compliances, Organization Development, Employee records keeping, Leave Management, and Ensure all functions are in line with Policies and handle all functions relating to Personnel management.
Possess highly motivated, positive attitude towards life having effective communication skill with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skill.
Negotiate candidate after selection.
Handling Payroll and processing salary by managing attendance of whole Knack group. Checking attendance on half-monthly basis, get online requisitions approved by authorized personnel and processing payroll and ensure all the legal compliances are taken care of, while processing payroll. Further, get checked all the details of payroll by reporting manager and forward it for Payment.
Preparing Loan, Advances, Leave, Bonus data/ sheets, insurance policies of employees, other benefits, etc.; get it verified and upload in system/ forward for payment. Verify and Issue pay slips on approval of Directors as per the requirement.
Preparing Increment data and structures and update it in sheets and Software as per requirements.
Managing all legal compliances and generating, checking and submitting returns like PF challan, ESIC challan, LWF, ER-I, ER-II, Employment Exchange, Professional Tax, Apprenticeship, any half yearly returns, annual returns, etc. in time.
Preparing and maintaining all documents relating to all legal compliances applicable to the company Like ID Card, PF Forms, Gratuity Forms, etc. of all the employees and ensure that all documents are updated all the time.
Coordination with legal consultant, Advocates, Industrial & Safety Director and any legal officers as and when required for handling and solving queries. Required to visit legal offices like PF, ESIC, etc. as and when required.
Preparing details relating to Performance Appraisal and forwarding it on time for timely appraisals of employees.
Managing full and final settlement process as per defined system by filling the relevant records and issuing letters and ensure smooth exit of an employee.
Overviewing and managing all HR functions of factory remotely from Head Office as per defined system.
Maintaining and handling Data management of all the employees and generate and provide monthly MIS reports to management as per the requirement.
