Job description
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Taking care of end to end recruitment for both technical and non-technical profiles.
Maintaining hiring database on a regular basis.
Taking care of attendance and leave management.
Giving Induction & Orientation programs and joining formalities of new joiners.
Maintaining Employee Files/ Relevant Documents/ Scanning/ Photocopying/ Xerox of employees' documents.
Updating Employee Master Sheet on a regular basis.
Processing the monthly payroll of the employees and generating pay slips, Handling Compliances - PF, ESI, Gratuity, Medical reimbursement, Miscellaneous Administration Activities.
Prepare MIS.
Taking care of exit formalities.
