Job description Roles and Responsibility - Should have experience of 5 to 7 years. - Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff in the department - Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. - Compliance under PF, ESI, Labour, Factory and other various laws. - Liaisoning with government department e.g. fire, pollution, factory wing etc. - Formulation of various policies. - Ensure training of employees. - Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management. - Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources. - Approval of Staff Leaves, gate passes etc, as per the norms of the company. - Supervise controls regarding Proper in and out recording of man and materials, - Ensure Proper security of Company Premises. - To ensure proper safety of employees working in the premises.
