Overview
Human resource (HR) managers are involved with recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc. The job involves keeping up to date with areas such as employment law, which change often.

Legal Compliance
Competencies:-
Functional
Analytical capability.
Good exposure on hiring Portal.
Knowledge of PF & ESIC
Should have knowledge of Legal Compliance, employment & labour laws.
Should have Knowledge of Admin Work.
Should be able to handle a team.
Behavioral
Problem solving ability & High level of self-motivation
Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
Time management & Good negotiation skills
