Looking for 2-5 years of generalist HR work experience. The ideal candidate should have exposure in various areas of HR e.g. Recruitment and Selection, Interview Co-ordination, Salary negotiation, Offer letter generation, Induction, Payroll, PMS, HR operations like transfer, joining process formalities, maintaining personnel files, exits, employee engagement, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Only Female Candidate Required
Must to be good at PowerPoint, excel, written and verbal communication.
Candidate needs to be very presentable with fluent English communication.
