Job description
1) To help in recruiting employees in all categories of the Organization.
2) To assist in developing salary packages and get the same approved.
3) To maintain records related to all the proper entries, storage , security and usage of employee personal data. This includes all documents like the resume, application , tax forms , and all other related to benefits of wages, vacations, sick leaves and company travel to the applicable employees
4) To maintain records related to daily employee attendance in adherence with company attendance policy.
5) To help managers solve the health and safety issues of the employees.
6) To help maintain the disciplinary policies of the company.
7) To make the monthly salaries of all employee on and before 5th of every month and get the same approved.
8) To prepare and to submit all the ESI , PF and other statutory related submissions to the respective departments on time.
9) To maintain and prepare all the incentives , performance incentives , Bonus etc of all employees on Timely basis checking the records.
10) To help in maintaining the percentage of absenteeism to 5 % in all departments.
11) To help in maintaining minimal employee turnover.
12) To help all departments in maintaining CTC by checking on the cost of the department .
13) To submit the appraisals of employees in coordination of the departmental head on a yearly basis.
Reports to submit :
1) Submission of variable papers monthly basis. Every 10th to be submitted.
2) To update every day tasks in ZOHO and to report on daily basis.
3) Monthly salaries, incentives, ESI, PF etc.
