Role: Female HR Executive
Position: Full Time
Job Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2-4 Years
Shift timing: 4 PM to 1 AM
Job description:
A qualified Female HR business partner to oversee all human resources processes and ensure they are aligned with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
The candidates should have good experience in HR best practices and employee management.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively handle challenging and intricate employee relations matters
Work closely with employees and management to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Meet regularly with the team to go over all pending employee relations issues.
Should actively support the execution of HR policies, procedures and offer Innovative strategies.
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks.
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes.
Good in preparing HR Metrics, HR Dashboard, etc.
Handle Onboarding process and provide/improve the process to make it effective.
Involve and conduct Team engagements and events.
Key Skills Required
Ability to work in a team environment.
Good communication/ interpersonal skills / Presentation skills.
Excellent people management skills.
Competent in dealing with difficult situations.
Dealing with staff members on all levels in a professional, composed, and confident manner is crucial.
Candidate should exhibit flexibility, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and self-motivation.
Skilled at multitasking and demonstrating good judgment, taking initiative and responsibility for decision-making.
Knowledge on Labor Laws.
Candidate should be open-minded and receptive to feedback, striving to improve according to the organization's needs.
Should be willing to support and undertake HR tasks without limitations.
