Time Office Management: -
Responsible for Payroll Management: Attendance Calculation, Salary Calculation, maintain of Attendance Register, CL & SL Register, EL Register, Register, Leave cards, Equal Remuneration Register, Compensatory Holidays Register, Overtime Register, Salary Calculation, Making of Salary Breakup & Full and Final Settlement with Experience Certificates, Filling Bank Accounts forms of new joiners, making Bank A/c open letter & transfer bank A/c forms to Accounts Dept & also responsible for Computerized preparation Attendance, Salary, overtime, leave records etc.
Industrial Relations: -
Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer etc. Issue the
letters related IR like: - late coming, Misbehave, absenteeism and Listen day to day employees Grievances /complaints & redress ell and implemented with HR policy with seniors for good industrial relations & motivate the
employees on day-to-day basis etc. Liaisons with Statutory Authorities like Regional/Area PF Inspector, Factory
Inspector
Administration Activities: -
Managing the Good Housekeeping, Gardening, Security, Canteen and pantry in the Plant.
Joining Responsibilities: -
Issuing Offer Appointment Letter and Confirmation Letter, Employee ID cards, Instructions on HR polices, verification of employees documents assisting the employees with respect to their dept. location & job profile.Role & responsibilities
