Screening the suitable profile of candidate to recruit the best talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.
Cold calls to suitable candidates and shortlisting the candidates in preliminary rounds
Work with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting process by understanding the job requirements and expectations of clients.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Meet the companies staffing goals within multiple business units.
Analyze and follow the JD of the company designed to measure the efficiency of staffing activity.
Regular follow up with the respective clients we deal with and shortlisted candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Manage and conduct the entire process of screening the job profile of the candidate, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting meeting, recruiting and selecting employees to fill vacant positions throughout the staffing cycle.
Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports of recruited candidates
Skills and Experience :
Candidate should have a minimum of 6-month experience in HR profile
MBA in HR specialization or any smart graduate
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Know the basic of employment guidelines
Proficiency in job searching portals like Naukri.com, shine etc
Should be good in screening candidates based on JD
Good communication skills in English
Should have in-depth experience in End to End recruitment
Extremely knowledgeable in HR process and HRIS computer programs
Adopt the target-oriented approach to hiring the employee
Skilled in the art of multitasking and efficient time-management
Positive, go-getter attitude and problem-solving skills
Candidate should have exposure to Admin related works
