Roles and Responsibilities : Joining Formalities and Documentation, Pre Joining
Recruitment, Selection & Induction
Training & Development, calculation of training Man days as per target given.
Employee verification
Employee Engagement activities.
Lining up interviews, taking preliminary and follow up thereof, Preparing summary sheet and medical checkup letter, Creating positions in SAP & updation as & when required
Timely appraisals of employees completing 1 year of service, Half Yearly KRA & BSCs collection & followups
Handling all audits like IATF audit, MACE audit etc.
Other activities related to corporate or internal plant, Maintaining appropriate documents as required.
Quarterly Exit interview form analysis, Action plan, Preparing MIS reports, Manpower data, attrition data, training data, Orgainzation charts updation reports etc.
