Conducting the skills assessment to evaluate the technical skills, competencies, and abilities of the candidates to fit the work environment
Handling recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate join the workplace
Handling full cycle of recruitment from an understanding of requirements to sourcing of candidates through using job portals, referrals, etc.
Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents in line with the requirements of the HR department.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with various selection processes, use of job portals, referrals, etc.
Good interpersonal skills
Good English and Hindi communication abilities
Must be able to work proficiently in the MS Office Suite.
Someone who is confident about their decision-making ability.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
