Title: HR Executive Role Purpose To support the HR team in delivering various HR related activities and specific HR projects. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide an efficient delivery within specified timelines and as per British Council Standards. Responsible for delivering identified employee life cycle activities. Main opportunities and challenges for this role: Participate in specific project delivery of HR and support the team as and when required. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) Working with Lean Team and being flexible Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously Main accountabilities but not limited to the following: To support in day to day operations of the HR functions and duties To support in the management of trainings, events and engagement activities Maintaining and updating data to agreed categories and meet all HR standards Inventory Management of documents/records and meet HR standards Handling HR Operations tasks, Preparing Letters, Adhoc requirements & MIS, Updating of multiple data sources, MIS updation and work on HRIS. Checking the monthly compliance and filing. Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risk or non-conformity issues Identify and mitigate possible HR compliance risks Responsible for supporting end to end employee lifecycle Role specific knowledge and experience: Atleast 1.5 years of experience in HR Management in a medium to large organisation Demonstrable experience of understanding and using best practice in HR processes and systems Professional Degree in Human Resource Experience working in advanced Excel and HRMS platforms especially SAP.(Not Mandatory) Being Proactive Sensitive Data handling. Further Information Pay Band – PB4 Contract Type – Indefinite Contract Location – New Delhi - Budget: 3.74 lacs per Annum + Medical Insurance. Closing Date – Dec 29 , 2021.
