Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing the profiles through various portals like Naukri, Linked in
Screen resumes and job application forms.
Help to structure the job description.
Interview job candidates via calls
Scheduling the candidates for the interviews
Following up with the shortlisted candidates to ensure they are joining the company
Coordinate with Manager to understand new requirements and work on it
Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.
Respond to internal as well as external customers and ensure that the staffing objectives are accomplished.
Serve as a bridge with work organizations, affiliations and agencies.
Conduct follow up for post joining employees to ensure they are happy with the current job
Stay up to date with knowledge of HR via educational opportunities, maintain personal networks and professional publications
Desired Candidate Profile
***Must have exp into tech hiring eg- iOS, Android, Dot net, Java, Mean Stack, MernStack, Angular Developer, etc ***
